• — Operate the company’s Cloudflare infrastructure — DNS, WAF and security, and Zero Trust, publishing internal services through Tunnels and Access
• — Stood up and operate Intune and Mosyle/ABM MDM for a fleet of ~150 endpoints, standardizing and automating employee onboarding and offboarding — account and device provisioning that took 2–4 hours by hand now runs in 15–30 minutes
• — Steered the company through two ERP migrations — standing up Fishbowl as its first ERP, then replacing it with Odoo 18 Enterprise
• — Operate and extend Odoo 18 Enterprise — running day-to-day operations while developing custom modules to fit them
• — Designed and built the company’s distribution and consignment operation in Odoo, and developed the custom delivery-routing software it runs on using Bouncie vehicle tracking and Mapbox
• — Run four production WooCommerce storefronts processing ~5,000 orders per week, including migrating fulfillment from ShipStation to EasyPost
• — Replaced manual WooCommerce catalog upkeep with Azure-hosted orchestrators that sync inventory and SKU changes from Odoo automatically — improving inventory accuracy, reducing overselling and out-of-stock errors, and freeing up staff hours
• — Built Model Context Protocol servers for Odoo 18 and WooCommerce, putting AI assistants to work troubleshooting production issues and analyzing live business data
• — Develop and operate custom Python/FastAPI web applications and Windmill data pipelines connecting ERP, e-commerce, and shipping platforms
• — Maintain on-premises virtualization — two Proxmox hosts running five VMs — and administer Avigilon ACM physical access control
